The battle against viruses requires extra measures including security forces and special protective measures. Your pictures and other data can be lost if the viruses are not properly removed. We will use multiple techniques to ensure that the viruses have been removed and that your computer is safe to use.

Our $60 Virus Removal Plan will remove known viruses and ensure that the machine is running efficiently. The plan includes:

Blowing out of accumulated dust in the machine.
Virus removal (if possible).
Reloading of operating system (if necessary and recovery disks are supplied).
Updates of Microsoft (R) products.
Defragmentation of the disk.
Removal of temporary files and cookies.
Registry optimization.

User data backup ($20 first 4 GB + $5 per additional 4 GB)
Reloading of software ($15 per product)

Slow system

Possible problems and solutions:

more programs running than necessary
- find and remove unnecessary programs
- remove unecessary startup programs
virus
- run a full virus scan
spyware
- run a full spyware scan
disk fragmentation (incremental changes to your disk make it become more disorganized and it takes even longer to find information on disk)
- run defrag or other defragmentation programs
disk errors (an occasional griding or clicking sound)
- perform scan disk
registry problems
- run a registry analysis tool
insufficient RAM (hard drive light stays on)
- buy more memory.
- The disk is about a million times slower than main memory (RAM) when running well.
